  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our apothecary.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package to our Wellington studio address.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
